Connecting Payment Processor to track payments.
Connecting your payment platform to Reditus is crucial for accurate tracking of affiliate referrals and ensuring commissions are calculated correctly. Here’s why:
- Tracking paid Referrals: By connecting your payment system, we can track when a referral converts into a paid subscription.
- Calculate Commissions: The connection allows us to calculate commission based on the actual amount, currency and interval paid by the customer.
- Adjusting Commissions: If there are any changes to a customer’s subscription (upgrades, downgrades, refunds etc.), we can automatically adjust the commission accordingly.
- Identify Churn: When a customer cancels their subscription, we’ll mark that referral as churned, so you no longer pay commissions on non-active users.
What Payment Connectors Do We Offer?
We currently offer the following payment connectors:
- Stripe
- API > Custom Integration
Our connections are read-only, meaning Reditus can only access the data required for tracking. We cannot modify or interfere with any of your payment data, ensuring your financial records stay secure.
