To successfully track referrals using Stripe in Reditus, you need to create a unique coupon. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you set up the coupon:

Do NOT use the promotion code (for example: DISCOUNT10) when tracking referrals in Reditus. The Coupon ID is essential for accurate tracking. See more information below as well.

1. Navigate to Coupons in Stripe

  • Go to the Sidebar in Stripe.
  • Click on Product Catalogue.
  • Select Coupons.

3. Assign a Coupon ID

  • Choose a unique Coupon ID. This ID will be used for tracking purposes in Reditus (example: "greetings").
  • Important: The rest of the fields in this step aren’t required for tracking, so fill them in as you prefer.

4. Save and Retrieve the Coupon ID

  • Once the coupon is created, go to the coupon’s page.
  • Copy the Coupon ID (in this case, it’s "greetings").
  • This Coupon ID is what Reditus needs to track referrals, so keep it handy.

5. Add the coupon to the affiliate in Reditus

Go to the affilaite within Reditus, you want to add the code for.

- Active affilates; https://app.getreditus.net/saas/partners/active

- Click on the affiliate row you want to add the code for

6. Add the coupon ID + code to the affiliate

The Coupon ID is used for the tracking, so make sure that one is filled out & correct. The Coupon code will be showcased towards the affiliate (and yourself).

Do NOT purely use the promotion code (for example: DISCOUNT10) when tracking referrals in Reditus. The Coupon ID is essential for accurate tracking.
