1. Data export & cleanup; involve.me exported their affiliate and referral data from Rewardful. This was a chance to prune inactive or low-value affiliates before migration. 
2. Auto‑creation of affiliate accounts; Instead of forcing affiliates to re‑register, Reditus auto‑created accounts (affiliates only had to reset their password). 
3. Link & data continuity; Affiliates did not have to redesign their links; their existing referral links were imported so no clicks would go lost. 
4. Overlapping period; Both old and new systems were run concurrently for 30 days (the cookie window) to ensure no missed referrals. 
5. Affiliate control & phased switch; involve.me controlled timing of cutover. They could migrate gamefully, ensure affiliate communication, and avoid surprises.

Migrating to Reditus has been a low effort from our side, and allowed us to clean up the data in the meantime.
