About Warmup Inbox
Warmup Inbox is part of iTrinity. Itrinity is a tech company behind a growing suite of B2B SaaS products, each designed to solve specific challenges for modern businesses. With a focus on usability, automation, and measurable ROI, iTrinity empowers thousands of users across Europe through tools that range from social media management to web analytics and online reputation monitoring.
Instead of building a single all-in-one platform, iTrinity takes a modular approach, offering distinct, focused products under one umbrella, while maintaining operational efficiency and cross-brand synergy. It all started in 2014 with the bootstrapping of KWFinder, no external cash, profitable from day 1. Step by step, they acquired an additional 7 SaaS products, together with a famous Czech private equity fund Pale Fire Capital, and grown to over 90 people today.
Warmup Inbox is a leading SaaS tool designed to help sales and marketing professionals improve their email deliverability by automatically warming up their inboxes. Trusted by startups, agencies, and large outbound teams, Warmup Inbox runs smart, automated campaigns that simulate real conversations, ensuring your emails avoid spam folders and land where they belong in the inbox.
With a focus on simplicity, automation, and results, Warmup Inbox is an email warmup service that automatically raises your email sending reputation through our network of inboxes talking to each other.

Why Warmup Inbox and their other products migrated to Reditus
As mentioned above Warmup Inbox is part of Itrinity, a software portfolio. Before moving to Reditus, the company was running separate internal affiliate setups for each SaaS product. This created:
- High Maintenance Burden: Their team spent valuable engineering time maintaining, debugging, and updating internal systems.
- Fragmented User Experience: Affiliates had to log in separately for each product, making cross-promotion harder and frustrating loyal partners.
- Limited Reach: With no external affiliate marketplace, growth was limited to their own outreach efforts.
- No improvements: Tech time was purely spent on maintenance, not developing new features to grow the programs.
As they have someone fully dedicated to the affiliate & partner programs it was time to make a switch, as he needed to be able to grow beyond their own network & system.
Migrating from an internal system is always a bit trickier than from a tool like FirstPromoter, Rewardful or Tapfiliate, as it is custom made for the company itself and it will have some nuances on how “things are done”. Therefore we took things step by step with Itrinity, or better said; product by product. It would allow them to see if we are the right match for them, if the migration would work smooth and not have to worry about their biggest product right away.
Before they decided to migrate to Reditus, they checked out multiple tools to see which would be the best fit for them. See below the reasons why they choose to go for Reditus.
5 reasons why Warmup Inbox migrated to Reditus
The decision to migrate all five SaaS products to Reditus was driven by three core benefits:
1. Pure B2B SaaS focus
Reditus is built specifically for B2B SaaS, similar to Itrinity, unlike other tools that serve a wide variety of business types. This gave the iTrinity team confidence that the product roadmap and features would align closely with their own needs now, but also in the future when they would do new acquisitions.
2. Robust, Scalable Platform
By switching to Reditus, they eliminated the need to maintain internal systems. As our platform is proven, reliable, and actively evolving giving them peace of mind and room to scale. Having bigger clients in similar industries like Miro, Expandi, Snitcher and many others. When moving over to Reditus there were a couple of feature requests, which were built way within the promised timeline which gave them even more confidence.
3. Access to a Growing Affiliate Network
Reditus brings more than just a tracking software; it brings distribution. The iTrinity team instantly gained access to a growing network of B2B-focused affiliates, allowing them to extend their reach and being able to found by new affiliates through our network by listing the programs in our marketplace.

By joining the Reditus Marketplace, they could extend beyond their own reach, tapping into a community of relevant B2B affiliates already onboarded and looking for great SaaS to promote. After joining we also built the feature where they can pro-actively recruit affiliates from our network, taking also the initiative on finding new affiliates.
4. Unified Portal for their affiliates
Affiliates can now promote multiple products from a single account, removing friction and increasing partner loyalty. This is especially valuable when you manage multiple SaaS products under one umbrella. Instead of logging into five separate dashboards, affiliates can now manage all iTrinity products in a single portal. This reduces friction, encourages cross-promotion, and boosts affiliate loyalty.
This is also the reason why we started Reditus in the first place, as our founder has been an affiliate marketer himself for 80+ SaaS tools.
5. Collaborative, Fast-Moving Partnership
We don’t just offer software, we really partner with our clients (especially if they have multiple products on our platform). The iTrinity team has a dedicated Slack channel with us, direct input on product decisions, and custom integrations to match internal workflows. Ideas become features, and blockers get removed; fast.
How Warmup Inbox & other products migrated to Reditus.
As there were multiple products to migrate, and they were coming from an internal platform the migration was done in phases:
- ✅ Step 1: Migration of data from Internal Systems The company successfully exported all affiliate data and program logic from five SaaS products to Reditus.
- ✅ Step 2: Soft Launch on Marketplace They began by listing one or two of their brands on the Reditus marketplace to test performance and gather feedback.
- ✅ Step 3: Full Rollout & Marketplace Scaling As confidence grew, they expanded and added more products, allowing their affiliates to easily cross-promote.
- ✅ Step 4: Preparing for In-App Referral Rollout Next, they’ll implement Reditus’ in-app referral program, enabling users to refer directly from within the product, creating a viral loop effect.
- ⏩️ Step 5: Setting up other in-app referral programs; Once things go well with one product, the others will follow as well.

Ready to Scale Beyond Internal Affiliate Limits?
If you’re managing multiple SaaS products, or even just one, and you’re stuck maintaining internal tools or ‘siloed tools’ like Firstpromoter, Tapfiliate or Rewardful consider switching to Reditus. Start growing outside your own network by leveraging our network of purely B2B SaaS affiliates.
Reditus was founded by Joran Hofman, who was first a B2B SaaS affiliate himself before founding Reditus. As an affiliate, he ran into so many issues himself, that he decided to build an affiliate management system. We believe that when we help the affiliates make money, everyone benefits. This is one of the reasons why affiliates have a similar-looking dashboard, receive live chat support, and have lots of materials to achieve success.
As Joran Hofman has been a Head of Customer Success before starting Reditus, you can clearly see the CS mindset baked into the company. The price depends on what you get and the support you receive. With value being something really tangible, Monthly Recurring Revenue is generated via affiliates.
